Hi there hopefully the rest of you are but I'm here to share some information that we might find of use and interesting due to the challenging times that were in and life seems to have changed overnight the world we went to bed and it's different than the world when woke up in and so many things are affecting us both physically and emotionally psychologically.
We've never in my lifetime ever had to do anything quite like this and it's created a lot of anxiety and fears even depression and the people who and all of us different levels perhaps but none of us are going to come out of this the same as when we went into it. So what I would like to share with you is that I am offering a some free 30-minute sessions with anyone that feels that they would need my support through these unusual times very unusual times scary times for sure.
I can teach you some techniques that you can do at home that might be useful and helpful and make some changes in your the way you in your moods because really being homebound and not having the kind of control over what's happening can cause us to feel unsettled and insecure and fearful I think that's a normal response to what we're going through right now.
