Trip to Italy with ECCT Colleagues

I have just returned from Italy where I spent four spectacular days with my friends and colleagues from my training (ECCT) with Hedy Schleifer.

The gathering that we experienced was filled with soulful content igniting every sense in our bodies from the beauty of Ischia to the intense deepening of connection.

The first four days in Ischia will be remembered by all who contributed to this extraordinary experience. It was followed by another week of joy, romance and beauty in the Amalfi Coast with my partner, Michael.

In the beautiful island of Ischia, 14 of us therapists, (more like kindred spirits) reconnected once more to celebrate our learnings and journey since our last reunion.

We were part of Hedy Schleifer’s Master Class that gave us the wisdom and skills each of us use in our respective practices. That’s me with my “inner child” on the right. We were each asked to bring an object/symbol that would express something of each of us.

So… my “inner child” came to Ischia with me. Here I am on the right sharing the relevance and importance of taking care of her, as she is my authentic self.

Words will never do justice to this amazing experience. It was followed with another week of the Amalfi Coast visiting Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano and Ravello.

Again, not unlike Ischia, no words can describe some of the most gorgeous places in the world. My heart, soul and mind have expanded and have been enriched in the time spent in each of these breathtaking places on our planet. Our last evening was in Sorrento. Now I know the meaning of “Come Back to Sorrento!” I hope you will indulge me as I am taking the liberty to share this experience with all my readers.
