Please note the list of services I now provide. It seems with age I create more modalities and tools to help you reach your potential!I am able to provide all services listed on telehealth\/virtually, with the exception of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Although EMDR can be provided virtually\/telehealth, I find optimum results is best person to person. I will be scheduling in person appointments beginning April 1, 2021 in my home office. If you are interested in an appointment, please feel free to contact me. Until then, I look forward to seeing you virtually!<\/p>\n

I am looking forward to sharing my message with all of you in hopes that I can help other families who are trying to cope and heal from loss, the pandemic and find the courage to take the pain and transform it into purpose and passion as I have.<\/p>\n

In addition, my mission is to take the stigma and shame out of mental illness. There is not a family who does not have someone who is suffering from mental illness and it\u2019s time we understand that it is a disease that needs proper treatment!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
